User Data Deletion Instructions
In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, GDPR, and Google API Guidelines.
PostNexa provides straightforward options for removing your personal information, connected social accounts, and media files from our servers.
Option 1: Disconnect a Specific Social Account
- Log in to your dashboard at app.techwithsalman.online.
- Navigate to Settings > Connected Accounts.
- Locate the social account you wish to remove and click Disconnect.
- All associated access tokens and pending queues for that profile are immediately deleted.
Option 2: Delete Entire User Account & All Stored Data
- Inside your PostNexa dashboard, navigate to Settings > Profile > Delete Account.
- Confirm your account password to verify ownership.
- Upon confirmation, your profile, workspaces, connected tokens, media uploads, and post histories are permanently erased from our databases within 24 hours.
Option 3: Manual Request via Support
If you cannot access your account, email support@techwithsalman.online with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We will process your request within 48 hours and send confirmation.
